Explore book sets and BUY ONLINE

If you have a PO, explore sets and send in your order form by email (keepbooks@osu.edu), fax, or USPS mail. Download a catalog. Note the names and order codes for the sets you want.

2. Choose Quantity

Decide on the quantity to buy based on your needs. You can get pricing information here.

For easier selection, we've grouped some book sets into popular Grade Level Bundles. Buy the book sets in these bundles to provide a rounded grade-level experience.

3. Place Your Order

You can order online or submit the completed order form by fax, mail, or phone. If you need help or would like to receive product samples, call us at 614-292-2869 or email us at keepbooks@osu.edu.

More About Ordering

Shipping & Handling

The shipping and handling cost on any order shipped within the contiguous U.S. is 10% of the total order or a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10.00 (whichever is the greater).

Contact customer service for shipping options outside the contiguous U.S. (orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, internationally, or to a PO or APO box).

In addition to a larger shipping cost, customs charges may be assessed on international orders. These charges cannot be estimated by service representatives.

Payment Options

  • Credit card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Purchase order: We accept purchase orders from schools or districts. Fax or mail the purchase order. Be sure to include shipping and billing information.
  • Check: Make your check payable to The Ohio State University for the order total. Be sure to include shipping information.

Delivery Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within one business week.

All orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S. are sent UPS Ground. A street address must be provided. UPS Ground should deliver your order within 1-5 business days. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

All online and credit card orders will be emailed a Paid Invoice/Receipt including the UPS tracking number when your order is shipped.
