Purchase Orders
To buy with a purchase order, make it out to The Ohio State University and send it with your completed offline order form by email to crownover.1@osu.edu or by fax to (614) 688–3452.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling is 10% of the total order or a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10.00 (whichever is the greater) for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S
We aim to process and ship orders within one business week.
We send our orders UPS Ground. A street address must be provided. UPS Ground should deliver your order within 1-5 business days of shipping. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
Contact us for shipping options outside the contiguous U.S. (orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, internationally, or to a PO or APO box).
In addition to a larger shipping cost, customs charges may be assessed on international orders. These charges cannot be estimated by service representatives.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
We want to make sure that you receive a quality product. Let us know within seven (7) days of delivery if the books do not match your order, were damaged in shipping, or have any defects. Contact Desirée Crownover (crownover.1@osu.edu | 614-292‑6357) to arrange for replacement and for return of the original consignment.
Unwanted items
Please research the product before purchasing to make sure it will meet your expectations. You can contact us with any questions about products and request a small sample before buying. If you do not want to keep the books you ordered, contact Desirée Crownover (crownover.1@osu.edu | 614-292‑6357) within seven (7) days of delivery about returning them. Unfortunately, because of the high cost of shipping books, you will be responsible for covering return shipping fees for unwanted books. We must receive returned books in their original, saleable condition to process the refund.
